Visions Hair Studio is a Hair and Beauty Salon in Failsworth in Greater Manchester  that approached us to produce some LED signs.  Using our drawing skills and Electronics know how and some help from our Laser Printer we came up with a very effective solution at an affordable price

This client was using FR4 pieces to act as spacers in one of their more elaborate assemblies.  A classic case of an electronics company "sticking to what they know".  The cost of these two pieces was more expensive than the PCBA itself.  To help reduce costs , and with no routing profile, we created drawings and Laser cutting Patterns to cut these in Acrylic for a fraction of the cost

We took a sketch from the client and created a laser cutting profile to cut this rather unusual shape in these enclosures.

In the photo you can see the slight reduction in size for the final cut

This client wanted to print some text on these switch plates and the screen printing process was proving problematic due to the switches being raised.  This technique uses Laser Etching and an acrylic ink solution

This client wanted to cut out some very specific holes on these front plates and the material was notoriously brittle.  The speed control of the Z Axis and correct choice of cutter were vital
